"It's fine. I happened to be in the Prudential Center last week for the first time in a couple years. Excited to go back to the stellar fast food styled Korean restaurant I used to enjoy, I found Dig in its place. For around $12 you pick a base, two sides and a protein (or third side). I ended up getting brown rice with napa cabbage, charred broccoli and chicken plus a mini container of sauce (some type of oil based dressing). It was ok. The broccoli was good- it's a classic char grilled veggie so you really can't go wrong. The napa cabbage was also good for a similar reason: it's napa cabbage. Unfortunately, the chicken and the rice were pretty terrible. The chicken was super gamey and a bit rubbery which sadly, based on what it looked like, was a bit of a surprise. The rice though really knocked me for a loop: it's literally just supposed to be brown rice. It had a wierd, off-taste like it was overcooked and some kind of tart, creamy mayo or dressing was added to it. I'm sure there are folks who like that but when I order rice, I'm expecting to just get rice. It was a major disappointment especially since I was incredibly hungry. Not pictured is the literal thimble of sauce they gave with the bowl. I know times are tough but giving less than a tablespoon of dressing is a bit much. The Prudential Center honestly doesn't have the best or most diverse food options. If you like lettuce in bowls, you'll definitely love any of the given eateries. Dig is an alright option if you want something slightly more interesting. If they fixed the brown rice I'd probably eat here again and just avoid the chicken."
