"To make matters worse, the server told us that the potatoes would come with gravy, but when our food arrived, there was none. When we asked for a side of gravy, she brought a bowl of BBQ sauce instead. To add to the confusion, she later returned to say my mom’s pot roast was prepared incorrectly—using BBQ sauce instead of gravy. She offered to remake it, but it still ended up tasting like pulled pork. The server barely apologized and mentioned that she couldn’t comp anything other than the drinks. She suggested we speak to the manager if we wanted to address our concerns.
I wouldn't consider myself a picky eater, but the whole experience was frustrating and far from satisfactory. While the place has a nice vibe for drinks, I would never dine there again. It’s disappointing because I was really looking forward to a great meal."
