"GIVE MY WIFE THE PROMOTION SHE DESERVES. This location has CONSITENTLY undermined one of its actual best employees, to the point it is beginning to look like blatant transphobia. She has worked herself to DEATH for hours on end, correcting the mistakes of her own management and coworkers, being made a trainer only to have all of her trainees taken from her, she is constantly given the hope of being made a manager, yet every time it is given to someone less experienced than her. They recently replaced the STORE MANAGER with someone who has ONLY BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR 2 MONTHS, WHILE SHE HAS BEEN THERE FOR OVER 3 YEARS. This store is a nightmare without her practically running it. They favor anti-union employees, and are punishing her for no reason. They have disrespected her to no end, and our family is suffering financially because of this store. DO BETTER YELLOW SPRINGS STARBUCKS. GIVE HER A RAISE AND PROMOTION."
