"This is, without doubt, the worst Mexican food I have eaten. I stopped here during a trip along the nearby interstate and was drawn in by the authentic look inside, the artisan built chairs, the Mexican ballads playing, the 4 plus stars on these reviews,but regretted that decision as soon as the salsa and chips arrived at the table. This is a Mexican restaurant that could noteven get the salsa and nachos right: it was just a soupy mix of watery onions that did not taste well. The burrito I got did notlook good with all that melted cheese on top and was stuffed with badly seasoned meat and rice and onions that seemed badly andunevenly reheated (as if in a microwave). The other person with me ordered the chile relleno: What a spectacular fiasco! Insteadof the stuffed pepper, it looked like a crushed pepper with seeds inside and cheese thrown on top; the beans were watery and therice was a mush of reheated food the whole thing really looked like vomit on a plate. We both stopped eating after a fewbites and drank our jarritos worried about the stomach ache that could come next. Do yourself a favor and don't eat at thisplace. It was authentically bad."
