"Chef Scott was a pleasure to work with. He had so many great suggestions as to how we could feed 230 people that included vegan options. He was very thoughtful in helping us keep within our budget. Our guests are still raving about the food a month later! Especially popular were the Roast Beef in au Jus, Grilled Mixed Veggies, and the Vegan Stuffed Portobello mushrooms. He even changed our order last minute when our family members demanded coffee (he suggested we add coffee in our original planning session, but we originally declined, lesson learned). Chef Scott knows what he is doing. He even suggested a vendor to help with dishes and silverware. The food was delicious, the planning was laid back and easy going, and the execution was phenomenal!"
