"I visited Burger U for dinner with a former professor one evening, right after the Spring semester ended. The place was quite empty, giving us plenty of seating options, including stools, regular chairs, and outdoor seating. There was something to satisfy everyone's seating preference. After settling in, we headed to the counter to place our orders when my professor arrived. Although I knew I should probably order a burger at Burger U, I ended up chatting with the friendly girl at the register, and together we decided that wings would be a better choice for me that night. They come in orders of ten, which sounded great to me. I opted for a half-and-half order, with five wings in one flavor and five in another. I can't recall the specific flavors I chose, but I do remember that the wings were delicious! They were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and a decent size too. My only criticism was that both flavors could have used a bit more sauce; they seemed a bit undersauced. I understand the challenges of rising food costs, but wing sauce shouldn’t be a place to cut back. Nevertheless, the flavors were enjoyable, and I finished every wing without complaint. This charming little spot, which I always loved during my school days, deserves a five-star rating. I can definitely see myself returning under the right circumstances."
