"To be honest, the food here is really good, but the service here really is trash, we ordered a kids meal, a salad, and two eight piece nuggets meal. First they said they didn’t have a kids toy, which usually they substitute it with something else but no, they wanted to charge me an extra ice cream, they also wanted to charge me for the fries that I changed for the Mac and cheese for. Then, for the salad, they told me they didn’t have the avocado dressing and they were charging me for two packets, I told them to either bring me a different dressing or to give me my money back for the salad. Then, they brought me the avocado dressing they supposedly didn’t have. I left because I was hungry, because we waiting for 40 minutes there. Worst chickfilla service ever. Also, the guy who brought me the food, would walk back and forth without the things I ordered, he came back 4 times, and he was missing items from my order every single time."

"I went inside to place my order. It was one person in line before me, I placed my order and waited like 8-10 minutes, and my wasn't called. I noticed that customer that ordered after me had got their food, so I walked up to the counter to ask about my order and the young lady turned around to check, and it was sitting on the shelf. She asked her co-worker how long it was up there, and he said it had been awhile. So asked for new food for that reason. I watched the young lady who took the bag back. I watched her the whole time because she was dealing with my food. I watched her put the fries from the bag back with the new fri, s and that's when I asked for my money back. They claimed that she didn't do that but I know what I saw. I know she didn't throw it in the trash. I emailed Corp and they wanted to solve the problem by giving me free food. That doesn't solve the problem."

"The fat, blonde white woman in the pink shirt working here last Friday night around 7 pm was holding up the drive thru line feeding a dog in the car in front of me. Not only did she waste my time over this dog, but she proceeded to make my drink and never bothered to wash her fat hands after feeding a nasty animal. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary and just straight up stupid. I'd be willing to bet that woman doesn't wash her hands after using the bathroom either. Avoid this location if you value people who wash their hands before handling your food."

"Chic-fil-a is generally known for its fast friendly service (and naturally delicious chicken) but this place is the exception. I never had a problem with the food itself, but they are remarkably slow (especially when the restaurant is NOT busy), and very rarely friendly. In 2 of my last 4 visits did they let me wait over 15 minutes after ordering my food (small 1-2 orders), and I just heard? My pleasure? or even? Are you welcome? There is a young man (short, with slight haircut tight and wearing a reflector vest) who went out his way to be rude and let me wait when my order was ready behind the counter (he did not know that I had moved to wait where I could see that he sacked my order). Very disappointing as I never have problems with any other CF, or somewhere else for this matter."

"The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can?t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a specialcoffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son?s missing stuffed animal and while wedidn?t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black catat this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. My 2.5 year old son adores this stuffedanimal and is so sad it?s missing. The store has our information/you can message me here if you have any information.
