"First time here.Atmosphere was great as was the service. Others I was with really enjoyed their food, unfortunately my Brisket Grilled Cheese was not very good. Brisket was way over cooked, resembling leather. I did inform waitress about the situation and she said she'd pass info along. I'm sure the cook had to have seen this but decided to send it out anyway. My regret is that I did not send it back. It was during the USA versus England game and they were short staffed so I felt it would take forever to get it remade and not sure if the brisket in the kitchen was any better. It is not going to stop me from trying again but I may not try the cheese and brisket sandwich again. I would highly recommend."

"If I could give a rating less that 1 star I would. The food was Mid and it took 40 minutes for 1 pizza and other table that came in way after us got their pizza and finished even before we got ours. Absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately this wasn?t the firstof if not the many experiences of bad service from this restaurant. I understand is there was a problem with a lack of serversand problems with management but this time no problems of that sort was observed. We were one of the 4 groups that came into therestaurant. It seemed to me that they completely forgot to make our order. I am in awe that this kind of service is allowed. Iwill happily say that I will not be returning to this establishment. Too many chances with no changes in place. This is myhonest opinion. They did not even comp our meal and gave our check without asking. It just seemed to me they were justembarrassed they made such a rookie mistake and tried to have us leave as soon as possible. Terrible customer service with Midfood. Try Miller?s Ale House, at least they don?t forget your food."
