"I had a wonderful dining experience with delicious food and excellent service! The summer special menu features some fantastic dishes. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-staffed the wait team was; they had several experienced waitresses managing about a dozen tables during Saturday lunch, along with training two new hires. This level of staffing is impressive compared to many other restaurants these days! I hope they are attracting new applicants with fair wages and benefits, as it seems they have a great team right now. This really enhances the overall experience, which is becoming increasingly rare. Keep up the great work!"
