"Nice greeting at host table. All in all good service and the food was decent and I 'd recommend. My only gripes would be: 1) The water is awful. We 've been here before several times and I 'm always reminded. It seems to be getting worse. I 'm not sure how this is not addressed by management in that it 's unmistakable. It 's not like it 's a little unpleasant this is horrid. Management please change the filter, or look into your domestic drinking water, there 's simply no excuse for this. Luckily I was able to accompany my meal with a beer. 2) This isn 't as important but it 's just something that would make the ambiance better. You see this in many places nowadays and that is the lack of detail and paying attention to lighting color temperature. You have beautiful warm lighting in your chandeliers which are a color temp between 2200K and 2400K which creates a very warm and inviting atmosphere but then you have spot lighting all over that emit what looks like at least 4000K which looks frankly institutional almost like an operating room. I have to wonder, what was mgmt thinking when they turned these on for the first time? Did they not notice the color difference? Did they not think, this looks odd? Perhaps they did and thought, Oh well, the money and time was spent and we 're not revisiting ? I don 't know but I would say perhaps you can replace them with 2700K color temperature bulbs. That 's all. I 'd go back if I knew the water was addressed."

"we discovered this place accidentally while we spend the night in sunset beach before we continue to travel south for a high time on Sunday. brix was really busy Saturday night when we came to the city (8 pm), so we decided to come back for brunch the next day. this is now our favorite place in sunset! great selection of craft bier, extensive wine list and eating was amazing! steve (Server/Bier zart/conversationalist extraordinaire) was super! he was really friendly and knowledgeable, my friend and I had a great time to chat with him! we can't wait to come back!"

"Pricing didn't match the information provided. This was our first time we had visited this property. They advertised in a local magazine happy hour with half off appetizers. We called ahead and checked the details with the Hotel. They confirmed half-off appetizers and discounts on drinks. Upon being seated, yes half of the appetizers at this restaurant, but happy hour not here on drinks but at a small bar in another part of the Hotel. no true happy hour on appetizers and bar at one location in Hotel."

"The food was very good. Portions size was good and quality of service was great. I ordered the salmon with sesame seeds on it. Had to fight all the nats flying around and a couple landed on my glaze. Which left me to stop eating it but otherwise food was amazing. Dustin was a great server, he was very nice and sweet. Told one of the servers what happened after he seen I only took the food away with the nats on the salmon. If it wasn’t for the us having to fight the nats this would be five stars. The wings were cooked to perfection. Steak sandwich with truffle fries was on point and drinks were amazing."
