"**Update: January 29, 2021** Last night, we decided to order Chinese food online. Since we didn’t have any paper menus at home, we turned to Google and Yelp to see what they had to offer. I decided to try the Chef's Special for the first time, specifically the Taiwan Style Rice Noodles, which came in a generous portion. The dish included glass noodles that are thinner than spaghetti, mixed with shredded chicken, bean sprouts, pea pods, shredded carrots, and onions. My sister mentioned she could see them preparing my meal right in the kitchen. I also ordered two egg rolls, and my sister picked up one package of them. I asked about almond cookies—though they’re not listed on the main menu, they are available separately in packs of four. My sister chose her favorite dish, the #18 Dinner Special: General Tao's Chicken, which comes with chicken fried rice, one egg roll, and a choice of drink (bottled water or soda) for $8.35, plus a little extra for her meal. She went out to pick up our takeout and tipped the staff in person. I took some photos, and I definitely plan to order from here again. I've seen glass noodles in grocery stores before and always wondered about their taste—now I know! We received two large containers, which means I have enough food for at least two more meals. My sister frequently orders from here and was also in the mood for Chinese food. She noticed at least seven other customers placing their orders in person and waiting for their meals, just like us. I always enjoy trying something different from the menu!"

"Not a fan at all. I ordered an item with chicken; it came out with shrimp instead. I immediately pointed out the error to the server right after the food was delivered. She apologized and said she rang it wrong.Okay; not a big deal. I was a server for years; mistakes happen once in a while. I'm not a big fan of shrimp, but it's tolerable. I was on a trip and had too little time for them to remake the dish correctly. However, when the bill came, I was upcharged for the shrimp which I didn't want, didn't order, and didn't particularly like. The server had been made aware immediately, and this should have been fixed before the check was presented. But that's not really the irritating thing. The server then had to take the ticket to the manager, owner, or whoever it was behind the counter that was clearly in charge. As the server is telling her what happened, the person starts giving me suspicious looks and is clearly irritated. She acted like I was trying to cheat her out of the shrimp I didn't order. She did adjust the check, but what's up with the looks? I didn't do anything, and I'm not paying extra because the server rang it wrong. The food was not good either. The meat was very little, the portion overall was small, and the food was basically just a plain stir fry of some vegetables with the little meat. The sauce was scarce and lacking flavor. I had also ordered the vegetable spring rolls; they were bland.I love Thai food and eat it often, but this food was majorly disappointing. I wish I had tried a different restaurant altogether."

"Very, very poor service. Our whole section of 5 tables of 2-4 parties was unhappy. The restaurant was mostly empty, at this early dinner time on a Tuesday. Our server had 5 tables. She took our appetizer order. We ordered two appetizers off of the menu and said that we wanted to eat those first. After a very long time, she took our entree order. We reminded her that we still had not received our appetizers. 10 minutes later a different staff person brought our entrees. We never received our appetizers! And our server never checked on us again. She left the large, cumbersome menus on our table, cluttering the small space. We saw that she did that with others also. The table next to us received the wrong appetizers twice, then she only brought out one of their entree orders. The other person in their party did not receive their entree until the first person was almost finished eating her dinner. They were unhappy and upset throughout the meal. Another table she mixed up horribly and was apologizing over and over. She never checked to see if we received the correct food, needed any beverage or water refill, or followed through on appetizers. They lost money on those and we ended up having a boring meal with nothing but a plate of pad thai. We each tried a different version of the pad thai because it said on the menu that it was their signature dish. We each agreed that it was blah and we get much better pad thai elsewhere. The decor was enjoyable, the menu has a lot of variety, the service being incredibly incompetent for us and the other four parties around us created a pretty bad experience all around. A bit entertaining on some level as to how bad the service was getting--worse and worse for others around us. We simply didn't get half our order (lost out on trying a variety of dishes and flavors) and didn't receive service other than order taking (we had to get someone to get us our bill). At least we received our entrees at the same time, unlike two other tables."
