"This restaurant definitely belongs on the list of places that have lost their charm. The Italian sandwich I ordered should have come with Italian dressing, as it claimed in the description, but it didn’t. There was also no mustard, which was another item that was promised. From the moment I walked in, I had a sense that the three guys behind the counter weren’t living up to the brand's former reputation. The once unique vibe of the place—where you'd expect a hot sandwich to be prepared with care and a wide range of hot sauces to choose from—was overshadowed by the awkwardness of the staff, who seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. My three sandwiches were ready in no time, and it quickly became clear why: they were very sparsely filled with ingredients, missing the key components that make them truly appealing. Honestly, while I’ve never been a fan of Subway, I can’t say this place is much better."
