"El Bto Vaquero offers an impressive variety of dishes, with seafood being a standout. We tried the mixed fajitas, and they were fantastic, loaded with shredded beef, chicken, and plenty of shrimp. The flavors were exceptionally fresh, and the service was excellent, especially considering we stopped by after a football game. If you’re in Stillwater and looking for Mexican food, this restaurant is a must-try."
