"It was once great. Last order was so bas that I will never do business with Rossies again. They got their last 60.00 pay from me for messed up,noncaring people who want something for nothing. Hope it was worth it. The food was not good,defently not worth what I was charged. I did not get the order I wanted and workersdid not care. I ordered at 5:40 pm. The order arrived at 7:00 pm. I asked the driver what happened to our order. This is not what we ordered. 3 people witnessed me order pizza and wings. Same thing we have always ordered as the prices raised and raised and raised. I called Rossies. They said they are now closed at 7 and they would make it up to me some other time. I called back the next day since we went elsewhere for our dinner. The guy was so ruid and his behavior was clearly someone who does not give a hoot how this effects business. Hey,you lose. Who wants to do business with people like that...."
