"I visited this restaurant for dinner based on a friend's recommendation, and while the place is incredible—especially the historic bar—our overall experience fell short. I ordered the chicken fried steak, which includes a choice of soup or salad from the buffet. It took some time to get my salad because there were many people ahead of me. Just as I was halfway through my salad, the server informed me that they were out of chicken fried steak. I then decided to order the pork chop dinner instead. Meanwhile, my fiancé made several trips to the buffet and was nearly finished eating while I was still waiting for my meal. Eventually, I asked the server to cancel my order, and she was very apologetic. After that, we tried to get a drink at the famous bar, but we sat there for about five minutes before someone told us that we needed to order from the other bar and bring our drinks back. It would be really helpful to have a sign indicating this so that patrons are aware."
