"We ordered the Impossible Burger Combo with vegan cheese. The burgers were quite good, but my fries were overly salty for my taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, and it was very clean. The staff were friendly as well. However, I rated them 3 stars due to the misleading online classification as a vegan restaurant and the long wait time for our food. It took over 30 minutes to receive our order of two burgers and fries, despite there only being six other customers, all of whom had already received their meals.
I even had to approach the counter to inquire about the delay. The young man at the register checked in with the kitchen, but our food was already sitting on the counter – I had to point that out to him. Normally, they bring the food to your table, but I ended up carrying our plates to our table myself since he handed them to me at the counter.
While we were pleased to finally receive our meals, we believe that the restaurant would benefit from improving the speed of their food preparation. The restaurant responded by saying that better ingredients can enhance the flavor, but it shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to prepare a pre-made Impossible Burger patty and fries. This isn’t a complicated dish; it’s simply two prepared burgers with some toppings on a bun. Excuses for delays might be more acceptable for dishes with many components, but not for a burger and fries."
