"It seems that things have taken a turn at this restaurant. I'm accustomed to enjoying a perfectly toasted meatball sandwich on a fantastic piece of bread—truly the best one can find. Today, however, I drove 25 minutes out of my way craving that sandwich, only to be disappointed with a soggy, untoasted sub roll with a few meatballs and cheese thrown in. I couldn't even finish half of it. One of my coworkers ordered a sandwich from the deli and, after repeating his order three times, still didn't receive the correct dressing. What a letdown!"
