"First time here, the woman taking orders reminded me of the stereotypical cashier from a dreaded cafeteria you would see in a comedy movie. She just needed the hair net. No greeting, no hello, no smile, no personality. The face of your company should be better than that. The food selection is huge. There is something for everyone. All types of sides as well and a big jar of pickles that looked like floating poop. Not appetizing at all! The decor is lots of hometown sports teams paraphernalia. We ordered the large roast beef sandwiches with cheese and sauce. I did not notice they served beer until it was too late. We were given our order number and that's it. We noticed the people after us went to sit after they ordered. We figured, ok, we will sit. A young girl (another person on auto-pilot, went around delivering food. She seemed to know where it was going except for our table, she yelled out my name (which was asked when we ordered). 7 years in Central Massachusetts and still had not found a decent roast beef place. The sandwiches were delicious! Toasty buttery bread, good ratio of sauce to beef. The fries/onion rings were standard. People kept staring, not sure why. We will definitely return for the sandwiches but we will get them to go."

"I had a dreadful experience at this restaurant. The food was completely unappetizing; the fish was overcooked and lacked flavor, with an unpleasant taste. The shrimp was incredibly tough and seemed to have been fried in old oil, while the fried rice was excessively greasy. I initially rated them one star, but honestly, they don't even deserve that. When I called back to discuss my concerns with the owner, instead of addressing the issue, she told me she didn’t appreciate my approach and suggested I just leave a negative review. I have no plans to return – I’d rather go hungry than eat there again!"

"I use to love this place for the friendly service and wonderful food. The chicken tenders use to be fluffy, juicy, and with each bite it would melt in your mouth. Now the chicken tenders are flat, hard and over cooked. The catfish was once flaky,soft, well seasoned. Now it's soggy, bland, rubbery. I know that Inflation is a thing so I didn't mind that the cost of items has jumped up across the board, I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is paying more for lower quality food and lower service. As for the service when I called in my order the person the phone kept getting it wrong,so I had to repeat it 3x. They told me it would take 15mins to make my order. I arrived 30mins later and they did not start the order until I paid for it at pick up. Please inform your customers that this is how you operate now so they know what to expect. I know that this location is under new ownership and has changed the way they operate. I offer this bit of advice, you bought a location that had built a reputation with it's clientele on the quality of product they provided. You should take what they have given you and improve upon it not mess it up. I wish the new ownership well in this endeavor. Know that I will no longer frequent this location."

"I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I called ahead to place my order just 10 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, my order hadn’t even been entered into the system. I had requested double rice over the phone, but the person I spoke to insisted that the order came with both rice and French fries, and seemed unwilling to accommodate my request. When I finally picked up my order, I discovered that it included both fries and rice. They then tried to take the fries out, which felt unsanitary since several people had already handled my food. Overall, it was a frustrating experience."

"This is a fantastic little spot attached to a gas station. They offer a fantastic variety of food that caters to all tastes. The owners are genuine, down-to-earth people who are incredibly friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks in. My meal was absolutely delicious! Everything was served piping hot, to the point that I had to wait a few minutes for it to cool down—which I consider a good sign. They have the best Philly cheese steak sandwiches around, as well as the best onion rings in town. Plus, their fried okra and pork egg rolls were also outstanding. I'll definitely be coming back for more. If you're anywhere near this place, make sure to stop by for a bite to eat. You won't be disappointed!"

"I placed my order through Uber eats. Delivery was fine, order was accurate. My drawback is that the extra corn I payed for was old. "I ordered the spicy garlic butter and jerk wings, but my order was incorrect. I returned it, and it was wrong again. "I had a wonderful dining experience and was pleasantly surprised to discover such a gem in Iowa City. It would make an excellent spot to enjoy a meal after football games. "I frequently visit this Subway and use coupons for discounts on 6-inch subs, footlongs, meals, and more. They usually accept them without issue. However, one evening, the manager informed me that they don't accept coupons, which is incorrect because they happily take them during lunchtime when I usually go, and the staff member there knows me. The manager was rude and started speaking in another language when I tried to pay with a $100 bill, and she didn't even have enough cash in the register to give me change. It's frustrating when they lie about not accepting coupons and talk behind my back when I try to show that I'm paying. It's about sticking to principles."

"K Buffalo Wings is an Atlanta based chain with several locations. At one point they had over 20 but I only see 11 on the website now. This review is for the Buford Highway location in Brookhaven at Northeast Plaza. Overall it 's ok, they definitely have some challenges and are no longer the best wings in town if they ever were. The building is in rough shape inside and out. It looks like a majority of their business is not take out. My first visit I went very traditional with medium hot wings on the lunch special for 7.99. They were not bad. The wings a bit overcooked but the sauce nice. The wings were pretty small and not really a great value, but ok. For my second trip I went with the fish and wings special for $12.99 and I we r with boneless wings in the honey garlic sauce. Now that is a lot of food (see picture). The fish was good, the boneless wings large and flavorful. It was a big improvement. I would have rated the first visit 2-3 stars and the second trip 3-4 so I am going with 3 overall. My advice is stick to boneless wings. They have a wide menu with gyros, lo mein, and fried rice so there are lots of things left for me to try. I will be back again"

"This place has the worst customer service in New York, NY. On August 14th 2021 at 8:30 p.m. the cashier who went by Taylor Davis was rude and played mean girl games getting everything wrong: my name, number, address, order and then hung up on me. I figured I would make it simpler and order for pickup, but she got everything wrong again, and hung up on me. So I went in person to order and the chicken was as off as the service, it was cold, hard as a rock and tasted like cardboard. I highly recommend going to another place. I ordered delicious fish tacos from Morelo's on 9th Street off Avenue A and was very happy with their great service and superb tacos!"
