"We went to this location and decided to eat inside. We walked in, but there was nobody inside. The place was open, music was playing, lights were on, and food was sitting in the kitchen getting cold. We waited a few minutes and even yelled to see ifanyone was there and got no response. We waited a bit longer and noticed people waiting in the drive-thru began leaving. We gotconcerned that maybe someone in the back had a medical issue or something else so we called the police to see if they could comecheck. About 20 min later (still no sign of anyone inside) the police arrived and they walked through the kitchen and thenopened the back door. That's when an employee walked in and tried to give us some bs explanation of the inside being closed andonly the drive-thru being open, but that was clearly a lie because nobody was being served in the drive-thru. We saw at least 5cars roll through and nobody in the kitchen making food or even taking orders. Meanwhile, all that food that was sitting out wasstone cold by this time and the employee offered to make us food. We declined and left along with the police. We were glad thatthere wasn't a serious issue, but this Arby's location has major management problems. Who knows how long the place was leftcompletely unattended (a half hour at minimum). Avoid! Update: response to owner: I did fill out that form. Never heard backfrom anyone!"

"Avoid this place at all cost! Customer service sucks!!!! Came Monday evening after 9. We ordered three meals and one kids meal. The girl taken the order must of been in a hurry to get back to nothing because she kept asking is that it ? She never repeated the order back to us to make sure it was correct. We waited a good five plus minutes only to get to the window to find out they messed up our order. My mother spent over $40+ that evening and they didn 't care. The older lady whom seem like the manager was like she didn 't charge you for it and do you want to be charged? Like what type of foolishness is that when your cashier made the mistake!!! Yet, they gave us the kids meal, four drinks, three fries but two sandwiches, and mozzarella sticks. We order three meals that come with three sandwiches, three fires, and three drinks. Along with they kids meal. They gave us everything except the one sandwich.The manager didn 't care one bit unless we paid for it. In which we technically did. With a nasty attitude like what you want to do? I can charge you for it. Like why can 't you own up for your cashier 's mistake and make my experience better? She even asked the cashier did she ring us up for it and she said nope! I explained the cashier never repeated our order back to us. But what do we know? We are only the consumers that 's paying your paycheck!I get it, finding good talent is hard now in days, but horrible customer service is not the answer!"

"I went to college at Westfield State University from 2001-2005. One of the things my friends and I used to do in a relatively regular basis is venture to UMass Amherst and go to The Hangar. We loved going there and to this day, it 's the best place IMO to get boneless chicken tenders.After I graduated, much to my delight, there was some decent expansion and places started popping up closer to me under the title "wings over (insert city) but the food and the menu was the same. The Lowell location is the closest to me so it 's the one I frequent when I 'm craving those wings. It always hit the spot and Even as recently as this past may, when I had it delivered to my place of work, it was just as good as I remembered.Today I came in, and saw that they changed the menu from the traditional item names such as DC-3, DC-10, etc, to just 2 tenders, 4 tenders, etc.I wanted to order the 8 tender meal and asked her which previously named menu item it was equivalent too and she had no clue what I was talking about.I ordered garlic parm (which is one of my top 5 go to flavors) and golden BBQ (another top 5) and I could tell instantly by my first bite of each that the recipe is has changed and was not the same as it used to be. For an even better reference point, I was at the south Hadley location about a month ago and the flavor profile was different today (for the worse) than at south Hadley.I can 't be certain but based on the employee 's uncertainty of how the 8 tender meal compared to the previously named menu and the change in flavor, I 'm of the belief that ownership has changed. Unfortunately, that is not something I particularly feel is a good thing.I will say that the food was good, but not what i remembered. Still a good place to go if you want good boneless chicken but not for me anymore as it seems as though wings over is now a different entity than the hangar locations."
