"Generally I love Ametis but recently ordered for a party. I got 12 pizzas, 6 plain and 6 specialty I also ordered what they called a Sandwich Platter for 79. I asked all the specialty slices be cut into 16 pieces but they were not cut as asked. Also the sandwich platter was just 10 individually wrapped sandwiches in a box. Not what I would call a platter these also were not cut into 6 peices as requested. So for my party we were all disappointed at the presentation and the extra work we had to put in to correct and I thought this is what I was paying for. I had gone in a few days prior to ordering to find out of I could get a price break on the pise and the kid at counter told me yes I would but when he rung it up I only got a discount on plain pies but they charged full price for the specialty pies. They did ring up an additonal 5% discount on the order, but geberlaly you get a catering discount for this size order of 10% I asked the kid he said no. So overall the pizza was ok but without the slices being cut smaller my guests were overwhelmed trying to try the pies, as the slices were too large to sample and the whole sandwich platter thing was so misleading we thought we were getting it on a platter pre cut but it was just 10 individually wrapped sandwiches in a box. Not what we expected and when it is called a platter whT would you expect? Maybe the kid mispoke but we were very disappointed having spent so much they did not even bother following our directions for the order and we were also disappointed with the discountas it has been much larger with other places in the past for an order of this size. Pay attention to details! It really matters to your customers and made our party not what we had imagined it to be. To clarify the food was good the issues we had were with prices and execution of order. ThNks"

"**Tuna and Salmon Tartar (2/5):** While beautifully presented, the seasoning was lacking, and the freshness was not quite there. The chips were somewhat soggy, which took away from the enjoyment of the dish. It was decent but not particularly memorable. **Octopus (5/5):** Cooked and seasoned to perfection, this dish came with a delicious sauce that added a creamy, savory finish. Highly recommended! **Ribeye (4/5):** Cooked perfectly to medium rare, but the seasoning was uneven. A quick sprinkle with salt would easily fix this. **Rack of Lamb (2/5):** It had great flavor, but it was unfortunately undercooked and too rare. It definitely needed more sauce, as some pieces were lacking in it, making it difficult to enjoy. **Seafood Risotto (10/5):** No, that’s not a mistake! This is by far one of the best risottos we've ever tasted, and we will definitely return for it. The only minor issue was that many of the meats from the mussels and clams fell out, leaving mostly shells. Nonetheless, I highly recommend it—you won’t regret trying it! **Tuna Florentina (1/5):** This was definitely one of our least favorite dishes. The tuna lacked flavor, and the orecchiette was inconsistently cooked, with some pieces soft and others hard. I wouldn't recommend this one. **Linguine Carbonara (3.75/5):** Rich, creamy, and well-seasoned. While it didn't blow us away, it was still a solid choice and you can't go wrong with it. **Soft Shell Crab Pasta (4/5):** This was a fun and delicious dish, with the soft shell crab providing a nice contrast in flavor and texture. Quite good! Overall, while the experience was enjoyable, it wasn’t without its flaws. The location and service were wonderful, but the food has room for improvement. On a positive note, everything came out quickly and together. Blue has great potential, and I have no doubt they will continue to evolve and enhance their offerings. I hope that next time I can give them the five stars I believe they are capable of achieving! Thank you for reading, and best of luck to them!"
