"I’ve tried this place multiple times, and it feels like a gamble each time. Occasionally, I’ll receive something that's decent, but more often than not, it's just thrown together. I consistently order the same thing—a stromboli—but tonight, once again, I was disappointed. After a few bites, I realized there was hardly any meat in it. I called the store to speak with a manager because I’ve encountered these issues too many times. When the manager answered, he had a cocky attitude and suggested that maybe I should just order extra meat next time. Seriously? Maybe I just won’t order from you again! It seems like you’re being stingy with the meat, and you should be putting more in there—how can a large stromboli have the same amount of meat as a cheesesteak? To top it off, the service was rude and unhelpful."
