When I spoke to the owner about this, he refused to replace the bacon and instead offered me a canned soda. I was really looking forward to trying this place, but I ended up with a disappointing plain burger, and the owner wouldn't fix his mistake, saying it was "too big of a loss financially" for him. I didn't even want a refund; I just wanted the food I ordered. Unfortunately, this experience has left me unwilling to return, as my first visit was quite disappointing, and I found the owner to be quite unhelpful. To top it all off, I ended up feeling sick for two days after eating there—perhaps the burger was undercooked? I'm not sure, but it has definitely affected my opinion of the place."
