"This Perkins is located outside Downtown Disney. I would expect a lower rating than most due to impatient and legitimate tourists and it can be employed. Location, location, location! Do not let the reviews fool you. I've been around Orlando for 20 years and this is the best Perkins in the area. Fresh French toast, fantastic waiting and management staff and fairly clean for the amount of traffic they receive. I have never been disappointed, then I will visit early in the morning to be the appellants. Don't worry about the 4.1 stars, that's a good Perkins!"

"Every year, my extended family of over 30 gathers for breakfast, and this time, our sole server, Sandra Hernandez, truly impressed us! She managed our large group with exceptional service, all while keeping a warm smile on her face. I want to commend her not just for her efficiency but also for her kindness. Although a few orders were mixed up, Sandra handled it with grace and professionalism. She deserves recognition for her outstanding performance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we could certainly use more people like her in the world. "This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I now understand why this place was so empty. I placed my order and was yelled at by a large woman who seemed to be in charge after waiting at the counter for 5 minutes for each service. She laughed when I asked for silverware and rudely told me they were out. I had to wait again when I mentioned I had a drink with my order. The drink was served in a coffee cup, and when I asked for a proper glass, it was thrown at me, and I was accused of having an attitude. I am baffled at how a business with such terrible employees and service can stay open. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else."

"My husband and I stopped here for brunch. we like Denny’s because they serve breakfast all day.we were seated right away .Our waitress Angela greeted us in a friendly manner,she brought our coffee right away and give us a few minutes to look over the menu ,then brought fresh coffee as she asked if we were ready to order. While looking over the menu we actually came across a great deal. The deal was all you can eat scrambled cheesy eggs, pancakes and home fries. For $6.99- $1.29 if you wanted breakfast sausage or bacon. Yes that was a terrific deal so all you were really missing was toast and who needs toast if you are having pancakes. and my compliments to the chef the eggs were nice and fluffy and with American cheese as I ordered my husband ordered cheddar ,the pancakes were also fluffy and very filling one serving was good enough for me oh and the hashbrowns were delicious and a great size portion. my husband did have another serving of eggs but he was very full when he was done however he did not eat both of his pancakes. Angela was the perfect waitress did not bother us too much while we were eating however made sure our needs were met and our coffee was full. My husband of course generously tipped her and she was so pleasantly grateful She showed her appreciation with a wonderful smile and have a nice day. We will definitely revisit. And hope to have Angela as our waitress."

"I told the driver my order was not at the store somebody already took it. so I called the store and they were rude and in fact order was still there but the lady was not smart enough to realize it until I told her my order. I would thought thats the first question they what an asked me. but I guess you cant ask for much from a server working at Dennys. they obviously have that job for a reason. I also did not get strawberry shakes at all. she even asked me about them on the phone and I told her yes the strawberry pack is 2 strawberry shakes. she said she was getting them ready and when the driver got here big surprise no shakes. so yet again the competence of the server at Dennys was the issue in this case. I feel sorry for any other customers that had to rely on this incompetent female server taking their order or getting their food to their table today or anytime since this employee has been employed for Dennys. Dennys clearly does not take pride in their food or customer service and right now the way things are going in this world that is the only thing thats going to keep a restaurant in business. bad employees are a result of bad management. good luck Dennys"

"We visited 4 times in 2 weeks.3 times we had the breakfast which was really good,the pancakes are amazing as well as the hash Brown's and eggs.The service in the morning was outstanding and we ended up overtipping it was just that good.Be prepared to wait for a table it is busy busy busy but The wait is not too long..The waiting staff were the best in any place we are during our stay in orlando just happy and interested. We went here for 1 evening meal and the difference could not have been more different.firstly we got there about 8-30on and were wondering why the place was practically empty which we soon found out The reason for. The wating staff were good but .The food was the worst we have tasted during our trip.The food my son had,a skillet meal,looked and tasted like slop,it was left after we all had a little taste to see if we could swap meals,I was excited for my meal,I had a chicken dish which was not nice and left most of it."

"we have had terrible services and food in the past, but it seems that they proceeded in improving the experience of their patrons. we sat in a reasonable time. our waitress, nicole, was excellent! extremely sweet, attentive and personal. my breakfast was perfect! although my men were not correct, they fixed the problem within minutes to its taste. the only problem that I would say was a true minus was the cleanliness of the place (although it was at the end of the breakfast rush..around 11:00, which is understandable. the floors had strohum fillings, cremers, etc. all around. all in all a great meal and a great experience...then!"

"I was looking for a light meal and ordered sausages and eggs, while my mother requested a BLT. To our surprise, we were charged €15.39 for a "lumberjack slam" even though it did not come with pancakes, toast, or hashbrowns. My mother did not want French fries but they were brought to our table and we were charged an additional 0.99 for them. The BLT cost €14.29 and included two sausages, two eggs, two strips of bacon, and one grilled ham. I found the meal to be overpriced and oily. After speaking with the staff and receiving a 10% discount, I still felt that I had paid more than I had originally intended. In the end, I left feeling disappointed with the experience and the value of the meal."

"The server was extremely friendly. It had been over 2 years since my last visit, so I missed the $3.99 and $4.99 specials. The server informed me that there was a $6.99 special, which included two pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and bacon or sausage. I absolutely love the pancakes at this specific location. "Nice place right off the interstate heading north before you get to Kansas City. Easy access in and out. Good food and the waitress was even putting up with my indecisiveness as to how I wanted my eggs. (How DO you tell them to have the white done without cooking the yolk, sunny side up? Lots of parking where you can keep an eye on your vehicle. If the bathroom was theirs I would have rated a star lower. They shared a building with other management."

"We showed up at exactly the time that the manager was absolutely acting unprofessional. She shoved several customers out of the way to leave the restaurant and seemed to have no control over the Saturday rush. Her behavior was unacceptable. She was walking around eating a bag of candy while everyone else was working hard....sad. The greeter at the front was absolutely lovely and had the staff organized when the manager disappeared. She should have the manager's position in my humble opinion."
