"To make matters worse, we had activated our cards for 'green' service, but none of the servers came to our table. When they finally did come, they brought out the same overcooked meat we had already mentioned was an issue. It was disappointing, especially since we had to remind them about the items we ordered, and only the drinks arrived as requested.
Additionally, there was a mix-up with the bill. Overall, this was not the experience we hoped for on a special birthday occasion. We all decided that we won't be returning. Between us, we spent over $500, and this is not how we want to spend our money—poor service and treatment are simply unacceptable."
