"I was really excited for our stay, the space looked huge, so well designed and decorated. We got in fairly late on check-in day, had dinner downstairs and pretty much crashed right away. It was in the morning when we started to notice things... First, one of our pillows had two very large white crusty stains on them. Once I brought attention to this, my partner inspected the other pillows and found that 3 of the 4 total pillows had some sort of stain on them. While he was looking for an outlet behind the bed for our phone charger, he found a dried up red rose on the ground behind the bed. In the mini-oven, there was a glass baking dish that was very clearly not cleaned, and the coffee mugs were also not cleaned as there was dried up coffee residue on them. To top it off, the bottom of the claw foot tub was covered in little hairs. It truly seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned beforehand, tidied in the way housekeeping might touch things up mid-way through your stay, but not actually cleaned. It made me feel like I couldn't truly relax in the space. It's a shame, because its so cute and beautiful, but I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone."
