"This restaurant is a hidden gem in the area! I have visited more than twelve times for takeout, quick lunches, and a few dinners, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Every dish I have tried has been delicious, with hot and fresh ingredients. The restaurant is on the smaller side but always clean and beautifully decorated, with interesting paintings on the walls. The service has always been excellent. Recently, we had a small issue with the card reader, but the staff handled it professionally and provided exceptional customer service. I plan to continue exploring the menu and enjoying this wonderful place (note: if you enjoy spicy food and rice, be sure to try the special rice)."

"However, I rated the restaurant 3 stars because I had to wait 10 minutes just to pay for my takeout order. It took only 30 seconds to complete the payment, but the host was on the phone and no one else came over to assist me. I overheard the host trying to resolve an issue with another customer, which is good customer service, but it shouldn't come at the expense of waiting 10 minutes. I tracked the time because I checked a text I sent when I arrived, and it had definitely been over 10 minutes. If they can improve their customer service, I believe this place could easily be a 4 or 5-star venue. Also, they might want to consider ordering chalupas from Taco Bell and trying to replicate theirs, as their chalupa wasn't appealing, but everything else was quite good."
