"The restaurant definitely has potential, as the fish is excellent and they offer a wide variety of salsa options, including several that are actually spicy. However, they need to understand that corn tortillas must be cooked! When served cold, they turn into wet, slimy pieces of crumbly cardboard. But when heated on both sides with a skillet, they transform into something magical—they become firm and flavorful. After just two bites, I decided to take my taco home, took it apart, cooked the tortilla, put it back together, and then truly enjoyed a delicious taco."
