"This is NOT a complaint or issue with waitress,, she was great.. it is with management and them charging for food that they did not deliver and refusal to take ownership.Experience upset:We ordered for a party of 6, which included 2 separate seafood bags for 2 separate people. The first seafood order was 1/2 lb of shrimp and 1/2 lb of muscles. The second order was just 1 lb of muscles. Food came out randomly and not all together. We originally tried to wait for the rest if the order, but quickly realized the food already served was getting cold, so people started to dig in. Waitress brought out a paper mat for the 2 people eating seafood, and cleaned up the area. She then gave them both gloves and a bucket for the shells.Waitress brought out TWO paper mats for the TWO people that ordered seafood bags.She brought out ONE ziplock bag and ONE metal bowl in which she served the entire contents of the ONE seafood with shrimp and muscles. She shook up the bag, and poured all of the contents into one metal bowl in front of ONE of the people that had ordered. It went to the first order, since they ordered shrimp and muscles. This person started to dig in, since at this point, it was one of the last meals to get delivered.The waitress went away and came back a short time after. Another person in the party specifically asked the waitress if the second order of muscles was coming out. The waitress said yes, they are working on it now. It will be out shortly The food never came. The waitresses started to clean up for closing (putting chairs on tables). We asked about the second order of muscles and the waitress said she'd go back and check on it.When the waitress came back, she said there was a mix up with the kitchen and they cook said she put all 1.5 lbs of muscles in the same bag as the 0.5 lb of shrimp. At this point, the person that the waitress served the seafood to 15 minutes earlier had already eaten all of the muscles.Person #2 went without food. Manager would not take any responsibility for the mix up nor adjust the bill for the food not received. Instead they made us wait further for them to make the mussels they forgot and we had to take them to go.Definitely would not recommend them under this manager. Disorganized and cannot take ownershipOf their error."
