"I'm not sure if this location is under new management or if staff have been let go, but the service has definitely declined in the last month. I ordered a burger basket at the counter when there was no line, and it took 13 minutes for it to arrive at my table. I also noticed several other tables with numbers but without any food. A week ago, I went through the drive-thru, where they had two lines with cars placing orders manually instead of using the order box. That day, I waited in my car for 25 minutes for a single grilled cheese basket, which, when it finally arrived, wasn't even warm. I keep returning only because this location is convenient to my home, but if things don't improve, I will likely start driving the extra 15 minutes to the other location, which is much more efficient—just like every other location I've been to.
