"I am a loyal customer of Red Ribbon in Bergenfield and take pride in the Filipino food they offer. However, this time, I was extremely frustrated. I mistakenly placed my order on their website, where there's an option for both pickup and delivery. I immediately called five times, with about ten minutes between each call, but no one answered. A man eventually called me at 4:30 to ask when I would pick up my order. I explained what had happened, and he informed me that they were short-staffed, with only one person in the kitchen and one at the counter. When I visit the store, it’s usually not as busy as Jollibee, so I was surprised that no one could answer the phone or even put me on hold. Their phone line doesn’t even have voicemail, which was a huge letdown. Overall, I found the experience terrible; I'd rather wait in the store to see if they can fulfill my order on time. Now, I will have to wait 4 to 5 business days to see if they issue a refund."
