"I have had delivery from this store twice. Both times the decaf hot coffee arrived lukewarm and tasted as if I got the last bitter cup in the pot. Today I ordered a sliced, toasted, buttered bagel. The bagel was cold and unwrapped in the bag with butter containers. Below the bagel was a souffle. I ordered a souffle with bacon. There was no bacon on or in the souffle I received. I ordered sliced bread and the slices were just haphazardly in the plastic bag which was on top of the bagel. The online order site is very difficult to use, at least on my Chromebook...just kept getting errors."
