"APRIL 27TH 2024 night shiftFamily owned huh didn't show me no love ?I was on the road for 6 hours it was kinda late so I called in and ordered large fries fried hard please there was a pulse so I'm waiting to give my name and she never asked she just said OKI get there 10 min later and she asked me if I was picking up I said yes I needed to use the rest roomI come out the rest room and she said what r u picking up I said large fries fried hardSo then she says she don't see and order for large fries I said are you high she said huh I said are you high she laughed n asked for my phone number and the manager was coming over after she entered my phone number she then replied its suppose to be a pizza with it I said no just fries she laughs again and says oh SHE WAS HIGH now I'm not only hungry I'm angry because I never asked for a pizza n she never asked for my name on the phone when I ordered the manager is just looking I just walked out disappointed hurt n hungry and the reason y I'm disappointed is my hubby always picks my food up from them bc they live so close n he's always around that wayI love there wings n fries and now I will never spent another 35 dollars again around there SHAME ON THE MANAGERHer actions made me feel like she didn't give A F OR NOT if I was leavingNow I'm wondering how they see my husband when he come in there n yes I'm an African American and I feel some kinda way about this I've been getting orders from them for over 3 years SMH"

"The place is no longer Teps, it's under new ownership/management. The food menu has been drastically downsized, bar staff was super friendly and attentive but the waitress we interacted with was unhelpful, and downright rude. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. Restaurant decor was nice, seating is a bit cramped but it's a bar so no surprise there. Lots of entertainment machines, and prices were decent. I don't think we'll be going back, the combination of that waitress and the lack of menu options really killed it for me."

"Called me in about 8pm today, looking for a gyro. I’ve never had a bad experience with their lamb gyros…however, today I did to my shock!! I’ve ordered from here at least 50x in the last year w/o an issue. I end up calling about 9:10pm(after closing), to let management know I was dissatisfied with my meal. Not only did he answer the phone, after hours, he apologized for the meal not being satisfactory and taking so long to be delivered (I didn’t think it took so long). Dave, I really appreciate your kind and great customer service skills. This is what customer service should look like. Thank you, Dave! I will be back lol"

"My wife and I decided to make the 30-minute drive from West Wichita and give this place a try. Very cool restaurant with a large covered outdoor area with better visibility of the small runway where we did see one small plane take off. We both ordered the Country Fried Steak, and it was very good. The steak was thick and tender, and the coating was crisp and had a great flavor. The mashed potatoes and corn were also very good. One of the things that can break or make whether I like the service at a restaurant is whether my drink ever goes empty. They have the solution for that. We each received our drink in a glass and a small pitcher of the drink we each had to refill our own! Genius! Service was great, and this is definitely a place we'd return to."

"The place is all around bad!! Their business model is severely flawed. People go here thinking it should be a reasonably price burger establishment only to learn that the intent with this place is to nickel and dime you for every little detail. Including charging you for a water cup even though they are charging $15+ for mediocre burgers. Definitely not the best burger place out there but they think they can charge like they are. We watched and listened as each new group of customers would come to the counter and arrive at the same level of disgust for how this places prices their food and then tries to upcharge for everything. And then the audacity to ask for a tip on top of it all. Let's send a message people, stop supporting businesses that want to rip off consumers. Eat someplace else that values you as a customer and isn't just trying to get every last nickel they can out of you. This place is one of the worst out there!!!"

"This place is amazing. They have affordable pitchers of beer, and the server was really attentive. The service was quick, and the food was fantastic. It's an awesome spot to catch the games. We ordered buffalo wings, truffle fries, and a 10-inch pepperoni pizza, and everything was impeccable. Plus, the staff is really skilled at pretending there are stairs behind the bar and disappearing. I honestly spent more time watching that than the game. It was a great experience!"

"I have been coming here every year for the summer for as long as I remember. Had to write this review as this is the second time our group has been yelled at. First time was a couple years ago when our whole table got our food except for my father. We hadate half of our food when my dad asked how much longer on the steak he had ordered. The bartender, older bald gentleman, shoutedat him saying that ?it will be done when its done.? Turns out they forgot to make his steak. "The Spot is dying a slow and painful death. After Stu (owner) passed away the food, service and overall experience has tanked. Our last (and I do mean last) visit we waited nearly an hour for our food and it was a slow period. Watched the manager sitting and drinking with friends instead of making sure customers were happy. "Tracy, why do customers have to walk through a smoke out at the front door when there are two other lesser used exits that a smoking area could be. To enter your establishment you have to walk through a wall of smoke and at least 6 “ crude and rude” individuals sucking on their smokes. Their conversations are as bad as their habit. They throw their butts on the ground and generally make a mess and don’t offer an appealing entry. Move them to the rear of the building! Just love having a great meal and then walk through the front door ashtray. "Above in the picture attached you will see what a $17 fish and chips basket looks like for takeout. Not only was I highly disappointed in the food presentation, The cost per item, the total bill and the complete mess up of the order to go as we are 10 miles away from where this location is at vacationing with my family. Our order came out to roughly $140 after they missed a portion of our order in the middle of the order. When we got home we realized that there was one of our food orders missing. We called them. Let them know they said oh. We're sorry. It'll be ready when you come back. Well, as I stated earlier, we are 10 miles away from this restaurant. All of the online reviews show great quality, outstanding pictures of the food and the samples thereof so this is why we chose it. Once I turned around and drove back the 10 miles to go pick up the meal that was missed in our to go order I was affectionately told that oh because they missed the order they didn't charge us for it so I had to work out another $20 for the additional meal. I know this is long-witted but I will tell you I would not recommend this place for anybody to have any kind of takeout meal from there. If you are going to eat there eat in the facility so you can send the food back if it is unsatisfactory because I drove a total of 40 miles for food that was subpar."
