"Dempsey’s is the best restaurant on the resort premises, and unless you have a car, there aren’t a lot of options in the area. I went at there were a few tables finishing up. Food was average, my steak came out rare instead of medium rare, which the server knew because he cut the steak and said he could put it on for a few more minutes if we wanted but served it anyways. Servers were nice but not customer focused. When you are the only people dining you don’t expect a steak to take to come out, to have long pauses between every course, and to wait minutes to get the check at the end. What was quick was the servers asking us if we were done so they could take our plates away before we were finished every course and removing all the table cloths and place settings so they could go home"
