"I have been to this restaurant three times recently and each time they have not given me a straw for my boba drink. This was never an issue in the past, but it seems like a new employee there is trying to be environmentally conscious by not providing utensils to paying customers. I expect to receive a straw when I am paying almost $10 for a drink and have specifically requested utensils. It is impossible to drink boba with a regular straw as it does not fit through the tapioca pearls. Most customers do not have boba straws at home. This has happened three out of the five times I have ordered lately, which is not a problem I have experienced at other boba shops. Despite this, I still give the restaurant four stars because I love their bubble waffle, puff cream, and some of their drinks. The taste is amazing and it is currently my favorite boba shop. The strawberry lemonade with mango crystal boba is one of my favorites. It is disappointing that I have not been provided with a straw to enjoy my drink. Please provide boba straws to your paying customers."
