"Since this restaurant changed ownership, it has down downhill, big time. I have called at least 10 times over the past 2 months to order lunch for pick up. Only 1 time has the phone been answered, only to be told they were not taking pick up orders. To demonstrate their lack of attention to detail , over these last 2 months calling to place an order, a recording comes on and constantly repeats, but mentions specials in October and November of last year!. Today I called from Planet Fitness to order lunch, plus give them ample time to prepare the order. Was on the phone over 5 minutes, with that repeating message with the phone NEVER picked up. Wanted to see how long before my call was answered, but Holy Smokes wore me out and I gave up after the 5 minutes. Realize the challenge with labor and staffing, but the owners are clueless or simply do not care about customer service as the phones are as important as customers walking into the establishment"
