"TL;DR this place is owned and operated by white basura. The lies and manipulation these people use to avoid taking responsibility are mindblowing. It's not only actively a lousy place to get coffee: It's detrimental to your mental health to go here regularly.I used to enjoy this place and the Beatles Open Mic. It was something I looked forward to every Wednesday. It was a pleasure playing for people, so I didn't mind spending my free time practicing, getting there early to set up, and sacrificing my time to make the Beatles' open mic function effectively.However, the staff, management, and owners have made it abundantly clear that they are interested in something other than giving good service or helping promote their events. Many staff members, mainly the manager Nicole, is consistently on their phone, rolls their eyes at customers, and has a bad attitude.All of the bands in the venue books could be better. Most of them are friends of those who work there and aren't worth your time or money.EDIT March 31st, 2022: After I posted this complaint, multiple staff members and associates messaged me, insulting me for my financial situation. The manager Nicole also began to tell people I was violently dangerous and would show up to the restaurant to shoot it up. Again, the lies and manipulation these people use to avoid taking responsibility are mind-blowing."
