"I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order from Sarku Japan. The food arrived two and a half hours late, with the delivery time continuously delayed. After waiting an hour with no updates, we grew frustrated and ordered through Uber Eats instead. However, the Grubhub app wouldn’t let us cancel, so we ended up waiting another hour and a half before our food finally arrived. When it did, it was underwhelming—mushy rice was sent instead of noodles, and the protein portions were quite small. This isn’t the Sarku Japan I used to enjoy, and I won’t be returning. After this experience, I’m also considering switching to Uber Eats for future orders due to the Grubhub fees that were not refunded and the difficulties canceling the order."
