"The food was mediocre at best for the price. But what struck me most was that there were a total of 12 tables that were not cleaned when I walked in. I'm not sure if they had just finished a rush but they didn't appear to be busy at all. It made me wonder if they were that unconcerned about the front-of-house, how unclean was the back of house? But I will be totally fair and unbiased. While I was having my dinner an employee did come out and start cleaning tables."

"Service is horrible. Every time you call to place an order the lady who picks it up acts like she don’t does not want to be there. Every employee always has an attitude. If people are spending their hard earned money on high priced hamburgers you would think the customer service would be up to par!!! And it’s not"

"I absolutely love visiting this place for their chili cheese burgers. I've been going here since I was a child. My grandfather worked just around the corner, and whenever we went to see him, we always made a stop here to eat. It brings back wonderful memories."
