"Food was decent except for the fact that you didnt have the crepes my wife ordered. Crepes cook on a flat top in a mater of seconds fyi... My issue was this; about 5 minutes after our meals were dropped off, the server/bartender came over and told us she was off for the day and that someone else would be taking care of us. Ok, that 's fine, but then she just stood there and looked at me until my wife said, do you want us to close our check or something? To which she replied yes. So I got out my card and paid for the meal before I was finished eating it, and before we ordered all of the things we were going to take to go; soups, dips, and 4 more full meals. Easily another $100 in sales. No boxes, no desert ask, no refill.. I guess since she was ready to go, so should 've we been. We happen to be owners of several restaurants ourselves and quite frankly, if a server is scheduled off, they still complete the service cycle for their tables, or they don 't get the tip. I still tipped 20% not because it was deserved, but because being a restaurant worker/mngr/owner all my life, I could never stiff someone. But if there were ever a time, this was it. I often leave tips of $100 or more because I 've been there.. but not today. I rarely leave reviews, but if this were one of mine, I 'd want to know. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4"
