"I recently tried to order food at this restaurant and I have to say, it was quite chaotic. There was only one cashier working, and the phones were ringing off the hook while tablets were buzzing with what I assume were online orders. The line was stretching outside, and when another employee stepped in to assist the cashier, the manager came in and yelled at both of them to stay at their own stations. It made no sense to me—why wouldn't they help each other when the line was so long? I could see that the cashier was upset after being reprimanded by the manager for trying to collaborate with his coworker. If this is how management operates, I can only wonder what else is happening behind the scenes. I had planned on dining here for dinner, but I'm really put off by the behavior I witnessed."
