"We came here because we were in town for an appointment. I 've been wanting to come here for the the last year and a half. The odd shaped eatery was clean and in somewhat disrepair or should I say, as in Tijuana. That is about it as far as authenticity .I ordered , their birria and I must say the portion was awesome. The actual birria not so much. The color was brown and the meatalthough sitting in consomme, was dry to eat. I was hoping for a robust colorful red to brown color and full of flavor. I wasnot offered chopped cilantro, chopped onions, or fresh lime with it. I even asked for it and was denied without reason. Thecheese taco were good. The chile was like that from a jar. Herdez is better. Prices are far too expensive for the experience.Employees walking back and forth cussing in Spanish to each other. The only thing that reminded me about Tijuana was the cashierwore a winter coat while working. Don 't ask. If you know, you know. I spent 20 years living in TJ and this is not Birria of thatland. No thank you."
