"I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The service was shockingly bad, primarily due to an individual named Lorena, who seemed to be a manager or server. Upon entering, we were greeted by a rude, unfriendly person who offered us no assistance whatsoever. I approached the cook, who was wonderful and helpful, but the overall atmosphere in the restaurant was dreadful. Lorena appeared disinterested, slouching around with an attitude while watching TV, and her teenage companion had an unpleasant demeanor as well. When I went to get some salsa from the condiment bar, I felt as though I was being watched, especially by the teenager, who seemed hostile. When I asked him what his issue was, he gave me a nasty look. When it came time to pay, Lorena aggressively informed me that I would be charged extra—claiming it was for the salsa I had in my pockets! As a grown adult, I was appalled by her baseless accusation. I tried to explain that I should not be treated as if I were stealing, but all I received in return were hateful glares. If they suspected me of such a crime, they should have called the police. Instead, it felt like I was being unfairly judged. I made it clear that I had not committed any theft. Despite showing the cook my empty pockets to prove I hadn’t taken anything, Lorena continued to hurl insults my way. I just wanted to pay for my meal and leave, but the situation escalated further. To top it off, I noticed roaches crawling on the floor, which seemed fitting considering the poor management and service. The restaurant has truly declined in quality, and I will not be returning. Complaining to management feels pointless since they don't seem to take any actions to improve. This used to be a decent place, but the current staff's behavior is unacceptable. I recommend they fire Lorena to prevent further issues, while the cook clearly deserves to stay, as she does a great job. Lastly, the roach problem needs to be addressed, and I will be reporting this to health authorities tomorrow. It's a serious public health concern."
