"I want to emphasize that our waitress, Emma, deserves a 5 out of 5 for her customer service. She was phenomenal. However, the food did not meet my expectations. Before Emma took our table, I asked the host if I could have chips with queso and whether it was spicy or actually queso. His response was reassuring: no spices. When the chips arrived, I found that the cheese they served wasn’t even queso. The host later informed me that it contained no spices, but it was clearly very seasoned, as I could see the paprika in it. My meal, including the chicken tacos, was supposed to be mild, but I could barely eat them because they were overloaded with spices. The Sangria was tasty, but unfortunately, I had to request a new one due to finding a hair in my drink. I was surprised that, despite these issues, management didn’t ask us how our visit was, which is typically standard in most restaurants. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning."
