"On August 9, 2023, my family and I decided to try LemonShark Poke restaurant for the first time, as we were celebrating a special occasion. We placed a large order to take home since we live 35 miles away. Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized that two of our items were missing. Despite waiting an extra half hour beyond the promised pickup time, I was hopeful that the food would be fresh and accurate. We understood that mistakes can happen and tried to make the best of the situation.
The next day, I attempted to call to request a refund, but no one answered. So, I drove back to the restaurant, only to be told that nothing could be done and that the manager would call me the following day. To my disappointment, he never called—apparently, actual customer service was not a priority. When I finally managed to reach someone by phone, I was informed that the refund would need to go through corporate and could take 3-4 days, with no apology offered for the inconvenience.
On August 19, 2023, I sent an email to corporate but received no response. Now, on August 28, 2023, I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel poorly treated as a customer."
