"We usually order delivery from this location through UberEats because they have the best and most consistent red sauce of all of the nearby locations. For about a year, I would add a note asking the restaurant to please add and charge for 1 pint of red sauce, and they would add the charge to our order and send us a pint of a red sauce. For the last few months, though, they completely ignore the request, and still refuse to add the item to their menu for users to simply select and pay for a pint of red sauce. I even added “…or one 1/2 pint of red sauce if 1 pint is not an option…” to our most recent order. But no red sauce to be seen. When I request to add and be charged for the pint, I also add that, “if not possible, please give all red sauce instead of green sauce. No green sauce please.” However, I still somehow end up with 3 tiny red sauce cups and a bunch of tiny green sauce cups. It’s frustrating that they won’t add the item to the menu, but they also won’t honor the special request anymore, despite honoring it for a year.Additionally, their rolled tacos have been absolutely disgusting the last five times we’ve ordered. Overcooked in old oil that clearly needed to be changed, so the meat is mostly cooked out, and what remained was dry and hard, and the entire thing tastes like nasty oil.I think we will have to order from a different location, like the one on Broadway. Their red sauce is slightly different, but I bet they wouldn’t pass up the opportunity to sell me $6 of red sauce, making what is likely a $5.50 profit, at the very least.Get it together, management. You’re quite a disappointment at this point."

"With less than 24 hours before my flight back to the east coast I was hard pressed to find a Mexican restaurant in Antioch (on a Sunday evening that served quality burritos like I'd find in my hometown of San Francisco. I knew the mission bring back burritos from Cali for the wife and kids. I was visiting the parents in Antioch and there was NO way I was gonna drive to the City just for a burrito. After 30 minutes of frantically searching Mexican restaurants in Antioch/Pittsburg and looking through too many reviews to count, I kept going back to Guadalajara Taqueria. I took the gamble and called in an order for 3 burritos 1 carne asada, 1 chicken, and 1 shrimp, with everything except sour cream (it goes bad after a while if it's not stored at the right temperature . After 15 minutes, I picked up my order and when the young lady at the counter put my burritos in the bag I noticed THEY WERE HUGE : . I was tempted to eat my burrito right away, but I resisted and put them in the fridge to prime them for our 7am flight. When I arrived back to the east coast, the fam was pleasantly surprised with the 3 treasures I brought back from Cali. That night, we warmed up our treats and feasted like kings. These burritos were EPIC! They were wrapped with tender care, the flavor was on point, the meat was seasoned just right and this was hands down the best burrito I've ever had in Antioch. Now I know when I visit the fam, I won't have to trek to the City anymore because I know I can get a quality burrito in Antioch. Guadalajara Taqueria IS LEGIT! Can't wait to come back and explore more items on the menu"
