"Worst restaurant ever been to in my life. Where should I start...... First seated ourselves and then waited and waited to be greeted and given menus. Then 2 other groups of customers came in and we quickly greeted with menus, chips, and salsa. We waited and eventually were brought chips and salsa. Then the crabby, unpleasant, rude, and obviously treating us different than the other groups in the restaurant just walked away without asking us if we were ready to order or even if we would like drinks. So again we waited then another waitress who was much more pleasant came and asked us if we were ready to order. We told her we would like to start to order drinks. At this point the other 2 groups have their drink and had ordered. We gave our simple soda drink order and a order of guacamole then waited and waited and waited (are you seeing the pattern). Mean while the other 2 groups are getting their meals before they still got our drinks. The crabby waitress before taking out their order is arguing with the cook about the order for like 5 minutes while we still wait for drinks. They finally bring the drinks and guacamole and gets ready to leave until we stop her and tell her that we want to order. We all gave our orders I ordered steak chimichanga, my mother ordered ground beef burrito, my father ordered fajita burrito, and the kids ordered their meals. The meals compared to the beginning of the visit came in a reasonable amount of time. But the orders were wrong. My chimichanga had almost all beans I couldn't tell if there was any steak in it. My mother got steak burrito not ground beef and it is filled just like my chimichanga with a ton of beans and no lettuce or anything else that was stated on the menu. And my father got we don't even know what but it wasn't what was listed on the menu. We barely ate any of it. Then again we waited for the check AND AGAIN WE WERE IGNORED! So we went to the counter chased down the waitress paid for the **** we got, because we couldn't call it our meal getting whatever the cook wanted to make. Finally for many hours 4-5 hours near bedtime my mother and I were both sick. Nauseous, bloated, abdominal pain, and vomiting to find some comfort from the reaction we were having from what we ate. Don't go to El Faro in Bartlett nothing was enjoyable and we should never had paid for the **** what they call food. The way we were treated being ignored makes me question if they were bias to our group versus the other 2 groups. I will continue to share our story within my Facebook as well as all my friends looking to go there or looking for a good Mexican restaurant. I don't want to be contacted by this business nothing can change our experience."

"I finally had the chance to visit this restaurant after friends recommended it, and every time I drove by, there was always a line, which is always a good sign of delicious food. I decided to call in my order today, and the estimated pick-up time was right on point. I asked for their spiciest salsa and was told that their red salsa is the spiciest. Our carne asada burrito was absolutely delicious, filled with carne asada, rice, bean spread, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, and onions. It was simple but had the perfect combination of flavors. Joanna, the cashier who helped me during pick-up, was super friendly and mentioned that I would definitely be back because the food is great. She has been working there for a long time, which is always a good sign of a great establishment. If you're in the Long Beach area and craving authentic Mexican food, definitely give them a try. I highly recommend trying the red salsa if you like your food spicy. All the staff were wearing masks and following social distancing guidelines, both inside and outside. They also have tables inside if you prefer to dine in. They only accept cash, but there is an ATM inside. I also noticed that my burrito was being kept warm in a cooler for me, which I appreciated. By the time we cut into the burrito, it was still hot. I will definitely be returning, and I even shared the burrito with two kids who absolutely loved it and wanted more."
