"I had an amazing experience at Cocina Candela. Making reservations online was very convenient. We were served bread with a delicious herb-garlic butter spread that was divine. For appetizers, we ordered the cheese-stuffed sorullos de maíz and the bacalaitos. They were beautifully presented and tasted even better. My wife enjoyed the shrimp mofongo while I had the Arroz con gandules with pernil. The rice featured smoked ham just like my mom makes it, and each bite reminded me of home.
