"Got here ahead of my party. Was told it would be 15 20 min. Waited 45 min while four other parties larger than our 5 got sat. Table was thirty with napkins and trash under it. Drinks were horrible. Returned two top shelf patron margaritas . Whiskey and diet was nearly undrinkable. Out of ribs and prime rib....the staple of the menu. I haven't even had food yet and I'm ready to leave. It's been four years since I've tried this place and I wont be making this mistake again. It's been 90 minutes since we were sat at our table. Three parties that came in after us have come and gone. We didn't order anything special. Steaks....at a steak house. Another party that came in behind us just left after waiting 30 min. Now three of our five dishes are ready... how does that even happen??? We gave up and cashed out We won't be coming back I will say, our waitress was fantastic. This is not her fault and we tipped her well. But we told the manager we are not coming back."

"First time here.Atmosphere was great as was the service. Others I was with really enjoyed their food, unfortunately my Brisket Grilled Cheese was not very good. Brisket was way over cooked, resembling leather. I did inform waitress about the situation and she said she'd pass info along. I'm sure the cook had to have seen this but decided to send it out anyway. My regret is that I did not send it back. It was during the USA versus England game and they were short staffed so I felt it would take forever to get it remade and not sure if the brisket in the kitchen was any better. It is not going to stop me from trying again but I may not try the cheese and brisket sandwich again. I would highly recommend."
