After a long day filled with work, cleaning, and managing the kids, I was disappointed to discover that one item from my order was missing. I attempted to call them, but only reached their voicemail, so I left a detailed message to resolve the issue. My husband has faced similar problems with them as well. It seems that the owner doesn't take these complaints seriously, as you would expect them to address their staff's performance given all the feedback. Frankly, no matter how much my daughters enjoy their fries and corn dogs, I’ve decided not to go back. But I doubt they will mind my absence, as many customers will likely continue to visit despite the poor service."
