"I visited Coop’s with a group on relatively short notice, and we had a fantastic experience. The restaurant boasts a lovely atmosphere with various seating options, and we opted for an indoor table. They were very accommodating for our party of 16. Most of us chose the lunch buffet, which featured soup, bread, salads, and pizza. The general consensus about the pizza was a solid four stars. I went for the gluten-free pizza topped with black olives and sausage, and the 10-inch size was just right for sharing between two of us. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the gluten-free option, available in both 10 and 12 inches, only had a $1 upcharge. The pizza was delicious, although the edges were slightly burnt. I highly recommend this restaurant for families with young children, as the pizza buffet is enjoyable for everyone! They serve Pepsi products, in case you're a Coke fan. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, and there’s a spacious parking lot available. I will definitely be back!"
